Welcome to eu9asia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and eu9asia ("eu9asia", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eu9asia website located at eu9asia.cam, including all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content offered thereon.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the eu9asia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if registered, request account closure.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with eu9asia's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an account on eu9asia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a legal entity registering on behalf of a company or organisation;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform;
• You are not currently registered on any self-exclusion programme that prohibits your participation in online gaming;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• The funds you deposit originate from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on eu9asia. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, eu9asia reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings accumulated across those accounts.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, eu9asia will require you to complete identity verification. Documents typically requested include:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (front of bank card, screenshot of eWallet).

All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

eu9asia processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment channels are supported: DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer;
• Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation from the payment processor;
• eu9asia does not charge a fee for standard deposit transactions. Bank or eWallet provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player;
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your eu9asia account.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit to the same account;
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved;
• Standard MYR withdrawal requests are processed within an average of five minutes for approved accounts;
• eu9asia reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending fraud review, incomplete KYC, or outstanding wagering requirement obligations;
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

eu9asia offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 years and above only;
• Each welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise specified;
• If a player requests a withdrawal before wagering requirements are fulfilled, eu9asia reserves the right to deduct any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount;
• eu9asia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in voiding of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.

All wagers placed on eu9asia, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and international football), or instant win products, are subject to the game-specific and category-specific rules published within the Platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. eu9asia does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers except in cases of manifest error;
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game session, eu9asia reserves the right to void the affected round and return all associated stakes to the player's account;
• Winnings from cancelled, postponed, or abandoned sporting events will be handled in accordance with the specific sport ruleset applicable to that market;
• eu9asia reserves the right to limit the maximum win amount per bet, per day, or per player at its reasonable discretion;
• Odds displayed on sports markets are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eu9asia platform and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registration by or wagering on behalf of any person under 21 years of age;
• Operating or accessing multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or other users' experience.

All content on the eu9asia platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and structural layout, is the intellectual property of eu9asia or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of eu9asia.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eu9asia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption.

eu9asia does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. eu9asia makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy.

eu9asia is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gambling tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours;
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications can be configured to alert players after a specified duration of gameplay;
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);

Termination by Player: You may close your eu9asia account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (subject to completed KYC) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

Termination by eu9asia: eu9asia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• These Terms have been materially breached;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes;
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate account closure;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where eu9asia terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms, eu9asia reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation.

eu9asia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which eu9asia is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to eu9asia's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
